JUDGEMENT

(1.) -Heard counsel for the parties and perused the record.

(2.) BRIEF facts of the case are that the respondent landlady filed an application under Section 21 (8) of U. P. Act No. 13 of 1972 before Additional District Magistrate (City), Meerut against the petitioners for enhancement of rent of Building No. 309/310, Hari Niwas, Caroli Road, Begum Bagh, Meerut to the tune of Rs. 73, 095. The petitioners filed their written statements. Both the petitioners as well as the respondent also filed valuation reports in support of their respective cases.

(3.) THIS writ petition has been filed challenging the validity and correctness of the order dated 30.3.2007 passed by the Additional District Judge, Court No. 9, Meerut.
