JUDGEMENT

(1.) This application under Sec. 482 of Crimial P.C. has been filed for quashing the entire proceedings of Criminal Case No. 1128 of 2007, State Vs. Brij Kishore Shukla and others , under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 323, 504, 506, 448, 511 I.P.C. police station Kalyanpur, District Kanpur Nagar, and Criminal Case No. 668 of 2007, State Vs. Monu @ Abhishekh and others , under Sections 147, 148, 307, 504, 506, I.P.C. police station Kalyanpur, District Kanpur Nagar.

(2.) It has been alleged by the learned Counsel for the applicants that in both the cases the parties have compromised the dispute, therefore, the trial Court should have allowed the compromise filed by them but it was rejected vide order dated 31.5.2007.

(3.) I have learned Counsel for both the sides and perused the record.
