(2.) THE applicant is involved in offences punishable under sections 498-A, 304-B IPC and 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Tundla District Firozabad.

(3.) LET the applicant Smt. Raj Rani @ Raju involved in Case Crime No. 92 of 2007, under sections 498-A, 304-B IPC and 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Tundla District Firozabad be enlarged on bail on her executing a personal bond of Rs. 60,000/- and furnishing two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court concerned. .
