ALI HUSAIN Vs. JUMMAN AND ORS.

JUDGEMENT

(1.) IT appears that Civil Misc. (Compromise) Application No. 158358 of 2005 was filed in the Second Appeal mentioning the names of the proposed heirs and legal representatives of the deceased Ali Hussain (appellant) as well as the names of the respondents including the names of the proposed heirs and legal representatives of the deceased -respondents. The aforesaid Compromise Application is supported by an affidavit, sworn by Mohd. Mustafa (respondent No. 14) and Muneer Hasan (respondent No. 9/4).

(2.) BY the order dated 24.4.2006 passed by this Court, the aforesaid Compromise Application was sent to the Trial Court for verification.

(3.) IT is, inter alia, stated in the said communication dated 25.4.2007 that the aforesaid Compromise Application was finally verified on 23.4.2007.
