JUDGEMENT

(1.) BHARATI Sapru, J. Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner Sri Y. K. Sinha and Sri Satish Chaturvedi appearing on behalf of the respondents.

(2.) THE present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner against an order of dismissal passed against him dated 25-9-2003 by the respondent No. 2 Secretary Zila Sahkari Federation Limited, Vikas Bhawan, Moti Bagh, Bulandshahr.

(3.) THE respondents challenged the award before this Court and the award of the Labour Court was set aside on the condition that the petitioner be reinstated in service and be paid wages during the pendency of that writ petition.
