JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Sri. Haider Husain, learned Advocate in support of this petition and Sri. Anil Sharma, learned Advocate who appeared for the respondent.

(2.) Challenge in this petition is the order passed by the Deputy Director of Consolidation dated 23.3.1997 by which revision filed by the opposite party was allowed and application filed on behalf of the petitioner in respect to the order dated 11.3.1968 was rejected.

(3.) There appears to be little dispute about the facts, and therefore, on being summarised, writ petition is to be finally disposed of.
