(2.) THE present appeal has been filed against the judgment and award dated 31st July, 1998 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Almora.

(3.) RESPONDENT No. 2 the National Insurance Company has denied the allegations made in the claim petition. The respondent No. 2 has alleged that the owner of the bus has violated the terms and conditions of the insurance policy as such the Insurance Company is not liable to pay compensation to the claimants.
