JUDGEMENT

(1.) MUKTESHWAR Prasad, J. This appeal under Section 378, Cr. P. C. has been filed by the State of U. P. against the judgment and order dated 3rd October, 1981 passed by the then Sessions Judge in S. T. No. 108 of 1980 whereby he acquitted all the three accused of all the charges framed against them.
