JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD the learned Counsel for the petitioners. The grievance of The petitioner is that he is working on the post of Seasonal Collection Amin since 1978 but his services have not been regularized till date.

(2.) THE submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioner is that the services of the persons junior to the petitioner have been regularized in the year 2001, but petitioner's case has not been considered for regularization by the opposite parties in accordance to the relevant Government Order.

(3.) ON the other hand, learned Standing Counsel submits that for regularization of the services, it shall always be incumbent on the authorities to consider the satisfactory services rendered by the petitioner.
