JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS writ petition is directed against the order dated 15th July, 1985, passed by respondent No. 1 whereby the Deputy Director of Consolidation rejected the restoration application filed by the petitioner on the ground that the petitioner was jointly allotted chak along with Ram Sakal who was impleaded as a party. Learned counsel for the petitioners urged that as the petitioner was allotted joint chak along with Ram Sakal, he was entitled to be impleaded as a party and to be heard in revision. He has placed reliance upon a Division Bench of this Court in Satrujit and others v. Deputy Director of Consolidation and others : 1979 R.D. 154, where in it was held that a person, to whom the chak has been allotted jointly with others, is entitled to be impleaded as a party and to be heard by the revisional Court.
