(1.) OM Prakash, J. Heard counsel for the parties.

(2.) WHEREAS petitioner No. J is the Principal of Madarsa Islamiyan Jamiaytul Quresh which is said to have situated at present in mohalla Jalindhri, Azamgarh, petitioners No. 2, 3 and 4 are Assistant Teachers in alia grade.

(3.) NO Explanation has been given in the counter, affidavit by the State Government as to why the balance amount of salary was not paid to the petitioners for the period from 1981 to 1984.
