JUDGEMENT

(1.) C. A. Rahim, J. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and Learned A. G. A.

(2.) IT is surprising that since 7-8 months bail application of the appli cant is pending and no order has been passed. In paragraph 7 of the affidavit it has been stated that after 16-8-1995 more than 12 dates were fixed in the case but neither the aforesaid bail application was disposed of nor any order on the said bail application was passed by the learned VI Additional Sessions Judge, Meerut and bail application dated 9-8-1995 is pending for disposal in that court.

(3.) A certified copy of this order be issued to the learned counsel for the applicant on payment of usual charges within two days. Application disposed of. .
