JUDGEMENT

(1.) G. S. N. Tripathi, J. In this writ peti tion, which is in the nature of Habeas Cor pus, it was prayed that a direction be issued to respondents 2 to 6 to produce Km. Vandana Gupta, respondent No. 7 before this Court.

(2.) NOTICES had been issued to all the respondents, including Km. Vandana Gupta, She appeared before this Court on 6-9-95 and gave a statement as follows: I am major. She had married with Sri Ambrish Gupta in the court of A. D. M. , Marriage. She was happy with her husband. She was pregnant on 6-9-95, the date on which she made the statement. She further stated that she wanted to live with her husband Sri Ambrish Gupta and did not want to go with her parents.

(3.) THE petition is accordingly dis missed. Cost easy. Smt. Vandana Gupta is free to go anywhere she likes including with Sri Ambrish O. P No. 2. Petition dismissed. .
