JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS writ petition has been filed against the impugned orders dated 19.2.96 and 30.5.96.

(2.) I have heard learned counsel for the petitioners and find no merit in this writ petition. The petitioners were employees of respondent No. 1 which is a private company. They were suspended by an order dated 1.8.95 and hence they filed a civil suit in the civil Court being suit No. 1349 of 1995. The temporary injunction application was rejected on 19.2.96 and that order has been upheld in appeal on 30.5.96, hence this writ petition.
