JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS is the third bail application. The earlier two applications were rejected by me.

(2.) IN support of this application learned counsel for the applicant Sri H. P. Tripathi submitted his arguments in Sanskrit. Some new facts have been brought on record including the affidavit. Further the delay in commencement of the trial is also relevant consideration for granting bail in such matters.
