LALA FATEH CHAND Vs. RADHA RANI AND ORS

JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is a landlord's appeal in a suit for ejectment from a house.

(2.) The learned Munsif decreed the suit for recovery of possession and granted pendentlite and future mesne profits. Upon appeal the court below modified the judgment and decree passed by the trial court by setting aside the decree for ejectment.

(3.) The landlord has preferred this appeal and submits that the finding of the court below that the permission by the District Magistrate was invalid and also the finding that the notice issued did not terminate on the last day of Defendant's tenancy was incorrect.
