(3.) Instant petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for direction to the learned court of Civil Judge (J.D.) Kadipur, District Sultanpur, to consider and decide the Regular Suit No. 295 of 2024, Ashok Kumar Singh Vs. Narendra Dev Singh and another, expeditiously within sharp and reasonable period in the interest of justice.
