JUDGEMENT

(1.) The matter pertains to district Sultanpur, which comes under the jurisdiction of Lucknow Bench of this Court.

(2.) Vide order of Hon'ble the Chief Justice dtd. 16/9/1983 the matter had been transferred to Allahabad High Court for disposal.

(3.) Pursuant to the order of this Court dtd. 2/5/2018, appeal on behalf of appellant Nos. 1 and 3 namely Ram Hirday and Shiva Ram have been abated.
