JUDGEMENT

(1.) In present case, Coordinate Bench of this Court has passed following order on 26/11/2025 :-

Petitioners have challenged the aforesaid order by way of filing a Special Appeal No. 1227/2025 which was disposed of vide its order dtd. 2/2/2026 with certain directions without granting relief sought i.e. to grant interim relief. Relevant part of order passed by Division Bench of this Court is quoted below :-

(3.) In aforesaid circumstances, Court has considered the submissions of Sri R.K. Ojha, learned Senior Advocate assisted by Sri J.B. Singh, learned counsel for petitioners, Sri R.P. Dubey, learned Additional CSC for State, Sri Ashok Khare, learned Senior Advocate assisted by S/Sri Aditya Kumar Singh and R.C. Tiwari, learned advocates for respondent-5 and 6 and Sri G.K. Singh, learned Senior Advocate assisted by Sri Sankalp Narain, learned counsel for respondent-7 after exchange of pleadings.
