JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Sri Rajiv Sisodia, learned counsel for the petitioner. Sri K.M. Garg has appeared for respondents no. 1 and 2.

(2.) The amendment application has been allowed by the court of first instance vide order dated 3.2.2016 and the revision against the same has been dismissed on 14.9.2016.

(3.) The above two orders have been impugned by means of this petition.
