(2.) Heard learned counsel for the appellants as well as Mr.Ratnesh Chandra, learned counsel appearing for the respondent no.1.

(3.) This second appeal has been filed under Section 100 C.P.C. against the judgment and decree dated 28.11.2013 passed in Civil Appeal No. 76 of 2011; Jiya Lal & others Vs. Ayodhya & another by which the 1st appellate court under Section 96 C.P.C. has dismissed the appeal preferred against the judgment and decree dated 18.10.2011 passed by the Civil Judge (J.D.), South, Unnao in Civil Suit No. 77 of 2010.
