JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the revisionist.

(2.) The instant revision is directed against the order dated 31.08.2016 passed by the executing court, whereby an objection under Section 47 CPC filed by him has been rejected.

(3.) The contention of learned counsel for the revisionist is that the execution application itself was defective and, therefore, the order impugned has wrongly been passed.
