JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for respondent no. 9. None appeared on behalf of respondents no. 1 to 8 though the case is called in revised.

(2.) The writ petition is directed against the order dated 28.08.1984 passed by Deputy Director of Consolidation (hereinafter referred to as the "DDC") (Annexure 5 to the writ petition).

(3.) The only argument advances is that without giving any reason by a totally nonspeaking order revision has been allowed by DDC.
