(1.) Heard learned counsel for the revisionist.

(2.) This SCC revision is directed against the judgment and decree passed by the Judge, Small Causes Court / Additional District Judge, Court No.15 Ghaziabad in SCC Suit No.39 of 2009 (Smt. Sonam Rungta Vs. Sri Rajesh Kumar).

(3.) By this order, the suit for the revisionists' eviction, arrears of rent and mesne profit has been decreed.
