JUDGEMENT

(1.) This P.I.L. was entertained on 6.5.2016 and the following order was passed:-

(2.) The petitioner has prayed for issuing a mandamus to the Central Bureau of Investigation, New Delhi to investigate the disappearance of Mr.Rahul Sachan, prime prosecution witness in the case of death and assault of Asumal Harpalani aka Asaram Bapu.

(3.) Mrs.Ruhi Siddiqui, learned Government Advocate, on the basis of instructions, has submitted that in the matter an First Information Report has been lodged and the matter is under police investigation. She has sought two months time to bring on record the investigation.
