JUDGEMENT

(1.) This second appeal has been filed by Ratan Kumar Sharma against Smt. Premwati Sharma against the judgment and decree dated 9.5.2014 passed by Additional District Judge, Court no. 9, Meerut in Civil Appeal No. 75 of 2008 by which the learned first appellate court has set aside the judgment and decree dated 12.5.2008 passed in Original Suit No. 243 of 2002 and directed the defendant/appellant to vacate the suit property within one month.

(2.) The appellant made a prayer that the judgment and decree dated 9.5.2014 passed by Additional District Judge Court No. 9 in Civil Appeal No. 75 of 2008 be set aside.
