JUDGEMENT

(1.) Counter affidavit has filed today which is taken on record.

(2.) List has been revised. Learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. are present. Counsel for the complainant has not chosen to appear even in the revised call. In the wake of heavy pendency of cases in the Court where the dockets are already bursting on their seams, this court does not find any good reason to adjourn the hearing of the bail application on the ground of complainant counsel's absence and therefore proceeds to hear the bail application on merit taking assistance of the learned A.G.A. Counter affidavit has filed today which is taken on record.
