JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Sri V.K. Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri A.K. Singh, learned counsel for the respondents.

(2.) The instant writ petition arises out of proceedings for allotment of chaks and seeks quashing of the order dated 30.03.2015, passed by the Deputy Director of Consolidation, Varanasi.

(3.) By this order, a revision filed by the respondents has been allowed, modifying the chak of the petitioners, hence this writ petition.
