JUDGEMENT

(1.) The applicants, by means of this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C., have invoked the inherent jurisdiction of this Court with prayer to quash the impugned order dated 7.12.2010 passed by the A.C.J.M. Court No. 1, Agra, in Criminal Complaint Case No. 3642 of 2010, Food Inspector v. Ashok Kumar Sharma and others, u/s 7/16 of the Prevention of Food Adulteration Act, 1954, P.S. Chhatta, District Agra. The prayer has also been made to quash the entire proceedings of the aforesaid complaint case.

(2.) Counter and rejoinder affidavits have been exchanged between the parties.
