JUDGEMENT

(1.) Since both the appeals arise out of the same judgment and order dated 19.06.2004 passed in Sessions Trial No. 766 of 2002 [State v/s. Kamlesh and another] & S.T. No. 767 of 2002 [State v/s. Kamlesh], they have been heard together and are disposed of by a common order.
