JUDGEMENT

(1.) These two appeals filed on behalf of the accused -appellants are directed against the judgment and order dated 24th November, 2012 passed in Session Trial Nos. 294 of 2007 (State v/s. Sobhnath and others) and 295 of 2007 (State v/s. Ram Singar), they have been heard together and decided by a common order.

(2.) In the aforesaid Criminal Appeal No. 1767 of 2012, the appellants Sobhnath, Ram Singar & Kalloo have been convicted and sentenced as under:
