JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Neeraj Chaurasiya, learned counsel appearing for Basic Education Board and other respondents.

(2.) The petitioner through this writ petition has prayed that a direction may be issued to the respondents to allow her to appear in the counselling and her case for appointment on the post of Assistant Teacher pursuant to the Government Order dated 17.06.2015 and notification dated 07.01.2016.

(3.) An advertisement to fill in 29,334 number of posts of Assistant Teachers in Junior High Schools in the State of Uttar Pradesh was issued in reference to the Government Order dated 11.07.2013. Pursuant to the said advertisement, various candidates made their applications.
