JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Sri K.K. Tripathi, learned counsel for the appellants, Ms. Anjum Haq, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State-respondent and perused the record.

(2.) Since both the appeals arise out of the same judgment and orders dated 19.07.2014 passed in Sessions Trial No. 498 of 2010 [State Vs. Shiv Shanker Yadav and others], they have been heard together and decided by a common order.

(3.) In the aforesaid appeals the appellants Smt. Bhagywati and Shiv Shanker Yadav have been convicted and sentenced as under:
