JUDGEMENT

(1.) The above mentioned Capital Sentence No. 4 of 2014 and Criminal Appeal No. 570 of 2014, both relate to the same judgment and order dated 29.03.2014 passed in Sessions Trial No. 76 of 2012 [State Vs. Chotkau], they have been heard together and decided by a common order.

(2.) The instant appeal, on behalf of the appellant Chotkau, is directed against the judgment and order dated 29.03.2014 passed by learned Sessions Judge, Shravasti in Sessions Trial No. 76 of 2012 (State Vs. Chotkau) whereby following sentences have been awarded to the appellant:
