JUDGEMENT

(1.) RAJESH Tandon Heard Sri R. S. Rawat, learned coun sel for the petitioner and Standing Counsel for the respondents.

(2.) BY the present writ petition the petitioner has prayed for a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to pay the retiral dues and all benefits to the petitioner.

(3.) A perusal of the record shows that the petitioner was charge sheeted of his alleged misconduct for unauthorizedly issuing experience cer tificates to various persons that they have worked on daily wages basis in the department for a certain period. A departmental inquiry was conducted against the petitioner in which the petitioner was found guilty and he was awarded punishment with stoppage of three increments.
