JUDGEMENT

(1.) -Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A.

(2.) ACCORDING to the prosecution case a theft was committed in the house of grandmother of the first informant in the night of 25/26.5.2006 by four persons including the applicant. The named F.I.R. was lodged in the next morning at about 9.45 a.m. On the same day, i.e., 26.5.2006 from the possession of the applicant in a white Plastic Bag a number of wearing clothes, bed sheets, pillow cover, shawl etc. belonging to the grand mother of the first informant were recovered. The recovered articles were identified by the complainant.
