(2.) THIS is a case of gang rape by three persons including the applicant on a girl aged about 13 years. She was kidnapped and detained in a room where three accused persons were committed rape upon her. Thereafter she was left with folded eye and any how she manage to come. The victim has given the entire description in her statement. It is immaterial that in the medical report no definite opinion about rape was given. No ground for bail is made out. The bail application is rejected.
