JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD Sri P. S. Bisht, learned coun sel for the petitioners and learned Standing counsel for the State/respond ents.

(2.) IN both the writ petitions there involve similar controversy to be deter mined by this Court, thus both the pe titions are being decided by a common judgment.

(3.) CONTENTION of the petitioners is that they have applied for the aforesaid post in pursuance of the advertisement dated 17th, 24th June 2002 and 20th October 2004. According to the peti tioners, they possess all the requisite qualifications and are eligible to be appointed for the said post. The petitioners came to know that they have not been awarded quality point marks for their post graduate degree in Chemistry.
