JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is second bail application which has been filed by the applicant Babloo with a prayer that he may be released on bail in case Crime No. 123 of 2004 under Sections 376 and 506 I.P.C. P.S. Paschim Shareera district Kaushambi. The Criminal Misc. First Bail application No. 13164 of 2005 filed by the applicant has been rejected by this Court on 13.9.2005 considering the case on its merits.
