JUDGEMENT

(2.) It was pointed out to the Court by Sri Prashant Kumar Singh holding brief for Sri B.C. Agarwal, learned Counsel for the petitioner that Sri B.C. Agarwal is on sanctioned leave today and as such the case be adjourned The other learned Counsels mentioned in the list have not put in appearance. They have not been discharged by the petitioner and the case pending an old one, the request for adjournment is declined.

(3.) Sri Prashant Kumar Singh, Junior of Sri B.C. Agarwal, Advocate was requested to argue the case. The file of the Court was also handed over to him to enable him to prepare the case. The matter was taken up after some time.
