JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard counsel for the appellant.

(2.) This is an appeal against/judgment and order dated 7.3.2006 of Hon'ble D.P. Singh, J dismissing the writ petition filed by the appellant.

(3.) The writ petition was filed by the appellant praying for a writ of mandamus commanding the respondents to accord financial approval to the appointment of the petitioner and to pay him salary together with arrears from 1997.
