(1.) Heard Sri P.K. Misra, learned Counsel for the petitioners and Sri P.S. Sharma, appearing for contesting respondents No. 2 to 7.
(2.) This petition arises out of chak allotment proceedings. Shorn of unnecessary detail, facts relevant for the purposes of the case are as under: Writ Petition No. 2806 of 1994 filed by contesting respondents was disposed of by this Court vide order dated 17.11.2000. The order passed by this Court is quoted hereunder:
(3.) After remand made by this Court, Deputy Director of Consolidation re-heard the matter and vide order dated 6.11.2003 allowed the revision and disturbed the chak of the petitioners.
