JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Sri K.K. Arora, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Ms. Rama Goel, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent.

(2.) Counter affidavit and rejoinder affidavit have been exchanged and with the consent of learned Counsel for the parties, this writ petition is being disposed of finally at this stage itself.

(3.) By means of this writ petition, the petitioner seeks to challenge the judgment and order dated 16.10.2004 passed by the Prescribed Authority, Moradabad in P.A. case No. 45 of 2001 as also the judgment and order dated 8.11.2005 passed by the Additional District Judge, Court No. 7, Moradabad in Rent Control Appeal No. 36 of 2004.
