JUDGEMENT

(1.) RAJESH Tandon, J. Heard Sri S. S. Adhikari, Advocate for the petitioner and Standing Counsel for the respondents.

(2.) BY the present writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for a writ of certiorari quashing the order dated 8-3-1978 and the order dated 9-9-1977 passed by the respondents No. 1 and 2 respectively.

(3.) THE petitioner has filed his reply stating therein that he is in possession of the land in dispute for more than 20 to 22 years and he is entitled for regularization and the land is an agricularal land as he has sown the crops, which is ready for harvesting.
