JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD Mr. T.P. Singh learned counsel for the petitioner. This writ petition has been filed against the appellate judgment dated 25th September, 1986 confirming the order of the trial Court dated 14th August, 1985.

(2.) PETITIONER Muneshwar Prasad obtained the decree against one Ganpat Singh and in execution of the same he wanted to take possession of the disputed house. It is alleged that Ganpat Singh inducted Shambhu Singh in this house. Shambhu Singh filed a suit for injunction against the present petitioners and obtained ad interim injunction to the effect that Shambhu Singh may not be dispossessed except in accordance with law. The present petitioners filed an appeal and the same was dismissed.

(3.) THE trial Court is directed to expedite the disposal of Suit No. 1861 of 1984.
