JUDGEMENT

(1.) CIVIL Misc. Application No. 45343 of 1995 is for dismissal of the writ petition as not pressed in view of the compromise between the contesting parties. The application is duly supported by an affidavit of Sudarshan Pal Kathuriya who is one of substituted heir of Bhimsen Kathuriya who has filed the writ petition.

(2.) I have gone through the contents of the affidavit. It appears that the parties have compromised the case. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed.
