JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS writ petition has been filed by a tenant against two interlocutory orders. By one order, interrogatories submitted by the tenant have been disallowed and by another order his request for cross -examination has been turned down. Normally, this Court does not interfere in interlocutory orders in exercise of writ jurisdiction. If the orders are wrong and if the present petitioner is unsuccessful he can always raise this point in appeal or revision.
