JUDGEMENT

(1.) I. S. Mathur, J. This is a revision against the judgment and order dated 19-1-1993 passed by the IX ACJM, Allahabad, refusing the request of revisionist to release the Scooter No. UP-70e-0759 in his favour.

(2.) HEARD learned counsel for the revisionist and the learned A. G. A. and with their consent this revision is being finally disposed of.

(3.) THE revision is finally disposed of with the direction that the scooter in question shall be released in favour of the revisionist on his furnishing adequate security and on the Magistrate being satisfied that he is the registered owner and subject to the condition that he shall produce the scooter as and when required and shall not dispose it of or change its condition without the permission of the court concerned. Revision dismissed. .
