JUDGEMENT

(1.) BINOD Kumar Roy, J. Since these two writ petitions are inter-parties which were directed to be heard together and have been heard together they are being disposed of by this common order.

(2.) THE prayer of the petitioners in Writ Petition No. 4253 of 1980 is to quash the revisional order, dated 10-3-1980 passed by the Joint Director of Consolidation Basti, in Revision No. 682. THE prayer of the petitioners in Writ Petition No. 5285 of 1980 is also to quash the same order (Annexure 7) besides the order, dated 26-4-1979 passed by the Consolidation Officer.

(3.) IN view of the stand taken by both sides I make no order as to costs in either of the petitions.
