JUDGEMENT

(1.) SURYA Prasad, J. This is a revision filed by the State of Uttar Pradesh against the judgment and order dated 21-3-1991 passed by Sri U. P. Pandey VI, Additional Sessions Judge, Varanasi in Criminal Revision No. 69 of 1991 for setting aside the aforesaid judgment and order.

(2.) NO affidavit appears to have been filed in support of this revision. On 3-4-1991, the operation of the impugned order was stayed. The respondents moved this application supported with an affidavit for purpose of vacating that order.

(3.) THE learned Sessions Judge does not appear to have committed any illegality or irregularity in passing the impugned order.
